Solutions Used:
Intune Autopilot was leveraged to establish an agreement with hardware distributor (Dell) to ship computers directly to from distribution to employee's home (WFH).
Company Portal is utilized to provide employees with a library of company sanctioned applications (optional installs).
Allowlist of devices, only purchased from company Dell store, are allowed to enroll with company Entra ID MDM.
